Fiul prietenului meu s-a angajat la o mică firmă antreprenorială românească, pe un job oarecare. După vreo trei săptămâni, patronul nervos a strigat la el legat de nu știu ce, a trântit și bușit în stânga și în dreapta. Proaspătul angajat l-a ascultat și a încercat să înțeleagă ce l-a enervat și ce voia, și după ce a plecat patronul trântind ușa, și-a continuat liniștit lucrul. Peste câteva minute, când s-a asigurat că patronul nu se mai întoarce, îl întreabă secretara, care asistase la toată scena:
Ai văzut cum a țipat la tine?
Da, sigur…
Și… nu zici nimic?
Păi ce să zic, era nervos omu, cine știe ce-l supărase și și-a vărsat nervii pe primul pe care l-a întâlnit în cale. Din câte am reușit să deslușesc, nu era legat de ceva ce am făcut eu, sau ar fi trebuit să fi făcut…
Păi și nu faci nimic? Nu-ți dai demisia?
Să-mi dau demisia? De ce?
Păi a țipat la tine, totuși! În ultimele luni și-au dat vreo trei demisia exact din același motiv, și toți angajați de curând.
Păi nu cred că e cazul să-mi dau demisia pentru atâta lucru, toți ne enervăm zilnic și ne vărsăm nervii pe unde putem, adesea pe câte unii care habar nu au despre ce vorbești și ce ai cu ei. Și mai ales unul ca el, cu atâtea probleme pe cap, câte am văzut aici de când m-am angajat, că știu acum că multe nu merg cum trebuie.
Da, dar tu nu ai mândrie, nu ai onoare? Lași așa pe oricine să te calce în picioare? Eu mi-aș fi dat demisia într-o clipă dacă ar fi țipat la mine. M-aș fi ridicat de la birou, mi-aș fi luat geanta și dusă aș fi fost, fără să-i fi dat un bună ziua, măcar…
Nu cred că asta are mare legătură cu onoarea, astea sunt lucruri mărunte ale vieții stresante de zi cu zi. Mai ales că nu mi se pare că e un om rău, ba chiar dimpotrivă, din câte mi-am dat seama de când am venit aici. Am văzut că are probleme, că e stresat, și cred că acesta e chiar unul dintre motivele pentru care m-a angajat pe mine, să-l ajut să mai scape de câteva și de atâtea griji, de ce să-i mai fac și eu una în plus absolut inutil?
Eu nu te înțeleg, tare ciudat mai ești, tare bizar, diferit de toți care au tot trecut pe aici…
