Leading chemical industry player is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager for its Pharmaceuticals business. The new role reports abroad to the Division Head and locally to the General Manager of the Romanian branch.
The new QAM will assure compliance with European and local provisions and correct management of company processes; Will organize, coordinate and control the ISO Quality system of the company, will ensure the conformity of Quality System with all company processes, its improvement and updating also in connection with evolution of quality regulations and certification; Will act as referent person and manage communication and relations with authorities, participate together with managers to Audits done by external authorities; manage and organize training activities to company personnel; Cooperate with managers for needed actions and make audit in order to ensure that company processes are managed according to company Quality System; Ensure that Quality documentation and procedures are prepared, stored and organized correctly and available to company employees; Develop and maintain the status of validation and qualification of the process and equipment.
University Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a mandatory condition. The University degree should be compatible with local regulations for acting as Pharmaceuticals Qualified Person. Knowledge about ISO Regulatory affairs and ISO standards is requested as well as a minimum of 5 year experience in the field (Pharma producing companies).
The offices is located in Bucharest and the job requires frequent business trips to other sites as well as abroad.
