Anuntul privind selectia candidatilor pentru o pozitie de Director Financiar al FNGCIMM S.A.-IFN

Fondul National de Garantare a Creditelor pentru Intreprinderile Mici si Mijlocii S.A. – IFN (FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN) functioneaza in baza H.G. nr. 1211/2001 privind infiintarea Fondului National de Garantare a Creditelor pentru Intreprinderile Mici si Mijlocii, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare Legii nr. 31/1990 a societatilor comerciale, Legii nr. 93/2009 privind institutiile financiare nebancare, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare și a Legii nr. 346/2004 privind stimularea infiintarii si dezvoltarii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii, in scopul sustinerii activitatilor intreprinzatorilor (IMM-uri, societati cooperatiste si persoane fizice autorizate sa desfasoare activitati economice potrivit legii).

In conformitate cu prevederile OUG nr. 109/2011, modificata si aprobata prin Legea nr.111/2016 privind Guvernata corporativa a intreprinderilor publice, FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN a selectat S.C. George Butunoiu Group S.R.L. pentru a-i oferi asistenta în procesul de recrutare a directorului financiar in cadrul FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN.

Criteriile obligatorii de calificare care vor sta la baza sunt:

  • absolvent (a) de studii superioare cu diploma de licenta de lunga durata a unei institutii de invatamant superior profil economic;
  • minimum 10 ani experienta profesionala totala;
  • similaritatea (ca post/ functie) in functii de conducere relevante de minimum 5 ani (Director ordonator de credite/ Sef Departament/director Financiar contabil/Economic);
  • experienta relevanta in domeniul serviciilor financiare-garanții pentru IMM-uri;
  • cunoasterea limbii romane;

Principalele criterii de selectie sunt:

  • cel putin o specializare/certificare profesionala: auditor financiar (membru CAFR) si/sau expert contabil (membru CECCAR) si/sau consultant fiscal (membru CCF) si/sau membru ACCA – UK (schema profesionala) si/sau membru CFA;
  • cunostinte si experienta in domeniul Standarelor Internationale de Raportare Financiara IFRS;
  • experienta in managementul financiar – analiza, planificare, trezorerie, raportare
  • cunostinte solide in domeniul legislatiei financiar – contabile, fiscale, achizitiilor publice, controlului financiar, relatiilor de munca
  • cunostinte solide de planificare strategica ;
  • cunostinte solide de management al riscului;
  • cunostinte de guvernanta corporativa;
  • experienta in comunicarea si relatia cu stakeholderii;
  • experienta in utilizare sisteme informatice complexe de tip ERP si BI;
  • de management organizational & al performantei;
  • limbile straine cunoscute

Modul de depunere a candidaturii: CV-urile candidatilor vor fi trimise numai în format electronic, pe adresa de e-mail df-fngcimm@georgebutunoiu.com până cel târziu în data de 23.11.2020.

  • Doua scrisori de recomandare, care sa contina numele si datele de contact ale persoanelor care ofera referintele;
  • Copie a actului de identitate;
  • Copii conforme cu originalul ale actelor de studii;
  • Declaratie pe proprie raspundere cu privire la vechimea in munca si pozitiile de conducere;
  • Declaratie pe propria răspundere privind neîncadrarea în situaţia de conflict de interese;
  • Declaraţie privind neincadrarea intr-una dintre situatiile de desfacere a contractului de individual de muncă din motive imputabile lui/ei;
  • Declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind autenticitatea diplomelor de studii prezentate in copie;

Declaratia de intentie a candidatului va fi solicitata ulterior doar candidatilor confirmati pe lista scurta.

  • Declaratie de intentie a candidatului, in conformitate cu prevederile HG nr. 722/2016. Ea va contine legatura dintre profilul candidatului si obiectivele pe care trebuie sa le realizeze conform scrisorii de asteptari a angajatorului, exemple de indicatori pe care candidatul ii considera oportuni pentru monitorizarea si remunerarea performantei, aprecieri cu privire la provocarile specifice cu care se confrunta societatea angajatoare, constrangeri, riscuri si limitari pe care candidatul le-ar putea intampina in implementarea masurilor propuse.

Prin transmiterea aplicatiei, candidaţii isi dau acordul implicit ca datele lor personale sa fie procesate in scopul procedurii de recrutare si selectie. La finalul procesului de selectie documentele candidatilor care nu vor fi confirmati pe functie vor fi returnate solicitantilor la cererea acestora in termen de 30 de zile sau distruse dupa trecerea celor 30 de zile.

Toate aplicatiile (CV-urile trimise pe e-mail) primesc confirmare de primire cu „reply” catre adresa de la care au fost trimise, raspuns trimis de catre un consultant al SC George Butunoiu Group SRL.

Toate documentele cerute sunt obligatorii pentru validarea candidaturii. Legislatia de guvernanta corporativa nu prevede contestatii. Finance Manager for FNGCIMM S.A.-IFN

The National Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises S.A. – IFN (FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN) operates under H.G. no. 1211/2001 regarding the establishment of the National Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, with the subsequent amendments and completions to Law no. 31/1990 of the commercial companies, Law no. 93/2009 on non-banking financial institutions, with subsequent amendments and completions and of Law no. 346/2004 on stimulating the establishment and development of small and medium enterprises, in order to support the activities of entrepreneurs (SMEs, cooperative societies and individuals authorized to carry out economic activities according to law).

In accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 109/2011, amended and approved by Law no. 111/2016 on Corporate Governance of Public Enterprises, FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN selected S.C. George Butunoiu Group S.R.L. to assist him in the selection process for filling the positions of Members in the Board of Directors within FNGCIMM S.A. – IFN.

The mandatory qualification criteria are:

  1. graduate of higher education with a bachelor’s degree from an economic education higher education institution;
  2. minimum 15 years of total professional experience;
  3. relevant experience in the field of financial services / guarantees for SMEs
  4. experience in relevant management positions for 10 years, of which at least 5 years in companies similar to FNGCIMM (granting guarantees);
  5. knowledge of the Romanian language;

The following criteria will be regarded as a plus:

  • at least one professional specialization / certification: financial auditor (CAFR member) and / or expert accountant (CECCAR member) and / or tax consultant (CCF member) and / or ACCA – UK member (professional scheme) and / or CFA member ;
  • knowledge and experience of International IFRS Financial Reporting Standards;
  • experience in financial management – analysis, planning, treasury, reporting
  • solid knowledge in the field of financial legislation – accounting, tax, public procurement, financial control, labor relations
  • solid knowledge of strategic planning;
  • solid risk management knowledge;
  • knowledge of corporate governance;
  • experience in communication and relationship with stakeholders;
  • experience in working with complex information systems such as ERP and BI;
  • experience in organizational & performance management;
  • knowledge of foreign languages

The candidate’s declaration of intent will be requested later only to the shortlisted candidates.

  • Declaration of intent of the candidate, in accordance with the provisions of GD no. 722/2016. It will contain the link between the candidate’s profile and the objectives to be achieved according to the employer’s letter of expectations, examples of indicators that the candidate considers appropriate for monitoring and remunerating performance, assessments of the specific challenges facing the employer, constraints, risks and limitations that the candidate may encounter in implementing the proposed measures.

By submitting the application, the candidates give their implicit consent for their personal data to be processed for the purpose of the recruitment and selection procedure. At the end of the selection process, the documents of the candidates who will not be confirmed on the position will be returned to the applicants at their request within 30 days or destroyed after the 30 days.

Out of the desire to ensure maximum transparency of the recruitment and selection process, we will promptly respond to requests for clarification made by candidates provided that they request only information that relates to their candidacy and not that involves the results obtained by other candidates.
