We recruit an HR Business Partner for a major European company in the services sector, with more than 4,000 employees. The job covers Polish operations, is based in Katowice and reports to a Global Senior HR Business Partner.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Be an active part of the Global HRBP team
  • Ensure our operating model and structures are both in line with group structures but continue to reflect the needs of the business as it grows and evolves
  • Design and facilitate team and leadership events
  • Work with the Senior HRBP to ensure the employee to customer experience is understood, connected and maximised
  • Contribute learnings between retail teams both in Poland and across the group. Ensure the most successful branches understand what makes them successful and if/how it can be replicated
  • Partner with the Group HRBP, the talent team, marketing and other relevant teams to ensure all business teams understand consumer needs
  • Help to embed the Group values throughout the employee lifecycle and act as a cultural ambassador, role-modelling company’s values
  • Responsible for generalist HR advice and support including the delivery of HR cyclical activity
  • Play an active part in business planning and the budget process

In partnerships with the Centres of Excellence:

  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to build a pipeline of candidates to meet current and future needs
  • Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience is delivered that gives candidates the best possible experience
  • Partner with the HR operations team to people analytics to drive and measure people interventions and initiatives
  • Ensure an accurate and timely administrative provision is in place for employees
  • Partner with the talent team to utilise relevant frameworks for culture, engagement, leadership, talent and change management locally for Poland
  • Under the direction of the Senior HRBP worh with the employee reward team to ensure the customer points of difference and maximisation i.e. loyalty cards are supported by the correct employee incentivisation
  • In line with the reward team and Senior HR BP guidance ensure the teams understand their benefits and any financial incentive plans. Including the value so these are an effective retention tool
  • Other appropriate duties as required

Successful candidates will have:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Substantial HR BP experience in a similar or relevant environment
  • Proven ability to use data and insight to effectively diagnose people opportunities and issues
  • Previous experience partnering multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience optimising processes and ways of working
  • A passion for creating a great employee experience and enabling people to perform their best work
