GB a fost cooptat intr-o echipa internationala care urmeaza sa recruteze ingineri din toata Europa pentru o companie multinationala in domeniul tehnologiei, un mare grup industrial francez, cu o istorie de peste 100 de ani. Se cauta aprox. 100 de ingineri, preferabil cu profil mecanic, mecatronica, instalatii in constructii sau de chimie industriala, insa pot fi si alti ingineri din discipline apropiate.
In functie de experienta si de nivelul managerial al fiecaruia, vor fi luate in calcul diverse joburi, de la ingineri proiectanti sau de executie, pentru incepatori, pana la pozitii manageriale complexe pentru proiecte pan-europene. Cateva dintre aceste pozitii sunt exemplificate mai jos.
Majoritatea joburilor sunt bazate la sediul din Strasbourg al companiei, insa cei mai multi angajati vor avea deplasari frecvente (aprox. 30-40% din timpul de lucru) in diverse tari din Europa.
Salariile, mediile de lucru, asistenta sociala si toate celelalte conditii sunt absoluti identice cu cele ale angajatilor francezi autohtoni, compania fiind cunoscuta pentru masurile stricte antidiscriminare pe care le aplica. Pentru noii angajati care vin din alte tari, compania asigura locuinta pentru trei luni, cursuri de limba si alte facilitati de acomodare.

Industrial Projects Manager
Directly under the supervision of the director of industrial engineering, we are creating this new position to strengthen the team with the objective of further developing our activities in Europe. The team is composed of 7 project managers.
Your projects will be centred around three axes:
Industrial engineering
Projects concerning the factories or industrial audits
- Projects concerning new equipment and optimization of the existing ones
- Undertake the study of the project
- Collaborate with the head of the factory and the local teams
- Produce the invitation to tender
- Plan and coordinate the project
- Prepare and follow the work site
- Assure the start-up of the project respecting the budget
Technological innovation
Projects concerning the factories, the industrial direction, the R&D or engineering
- Technological integration project
- Research for commercial technological solutions beyond those already known by us
- Test them, and in case put them in place in the factory
- Development of new solutions project
- Conceive the most appropriate solution
- Undertake the study
- Have the pilot project done (if necessary)
- Run the test
- Have the industrial unit made and follow its kick off
Technical expertise
- Audit technic of a factory
- Evaluate the improvements to be introduced in the process to increase its productivity
- Draw up the budget for investments (starting from a bottleneck in the factory)
- Analyse the causes
- Identify the appropriate solutions to solve the bottleneck
- Define an appropriate budget for the investments to be made
- Factories assistance
- Quickly verify the analysis of the causes of the problem

Qualifications
Graduated from a general engineering school, or with a specialization in mechanics or mechatronics, you have a solid experience in mechanical design and engineering.
You have a good knowledge of tools like Autocad, Solidworks and you have to master English and/or French.
You will be asked to travel for short periods around 30% working time.

Processes Development Manager
Directly under the supervision of the director of industrial engineering, we are creating this new position to strengthen the engineering team with the objective of developing our activities. The team is composed of several project managers.
Your projects will be centred around two areas:
Maximize the performance of the chemical productions – By improving what already exists
Trouble shooting project
You will be called to 1) analyse the operational problems (for example: recurrent failures, manufacturing defects, conformity of equipment, etc), 2) identify the causes of the problem, and 3) propose appropriate industrial solutions that can solve the problem
Process optimization project
You will be in charge of using modelling tools to optimize our processes (thermal, mix, etc) – By introducing technological innovation
Technology integration project
You will be asked to look for commercial technological solutions beyond those already known by us, to test them, and in case put them in place in the factory.
Process control project
You will be in charge of increasing the control of the processes used by 1) identifying the appropriate sensors, 2) test them and 3) put them in place with a control loop
Reduce contingency during the industrialization of new products – New products project
Chemical Engineering Specialty
Identify the risks of raw materials and in case produce a feasibility study. Adapt the procedures so to optimize industrialization.
Process Engineering Specialty
You will be in charge of 1) identifying the equipment responding to the product, 2) coordinate the industrialization test either at the supplier or in the factory, and 3) validate the match between equipment and needs
Industrial Engineering specialty
You will be in charge of 1) validating the regulatory aspects of the production, 2) identifying the investments linked to equipment (storage, etc), and 3) integrate these investments in the industrialization – Industrial trial project
You will be in charge of 1) putting in place industrial trials to test the new technologies, 2) to execute the trial campaign and 3) to plan the industrialization of the trial
To have success in this post you have to be able to closely collaborate with the colleagues of the engineering team, the R&D service, the factory and make everyone converge on pragmatic and realistic solutions.
Qualifications
You have a university degree in process engineering, and a successful working experience in a process industry, preferably one of continuous work.
Used processes: volatile organic components treatment, stirring and mixing, thermal transfer, polymerization and bitumen blowing.
You have a good knowledge of tools like Autocad, Solidworks and you have to master English and/ or French. German is a plus.

Project Manager in Engineering Methods
Directly under the supervision of the director of industrial engineering, we are creating this new position to strengthen the European team, composed of several project managers, in charge of designing the multiple bitumen production lines based in Europe.
We have a strong in-house knowhow in designing its bituminous membrane production lines.
The main mission of the new member of the team is to organize this knowhow and find the best solutions to facilitate competition among suppliers and install new production lines worldwide.
You will be the project manager for the new modular reference line.
You will be in charge of:
- Learning all there is to know about our existent production lines from those responsible of production and maintenance.
- Analysing the different technological choices that have been taken.
- Exchanging views with the project managers to obtain additional information.
- Managing the transition of our plan from 2D to 3D, from the definition of the tree view to the direct monitoring of subcontracted designers.
- Structuring the design of the production line in independent modules. Independence has to be assured both from a mechanical and an automatization point of view.
- Defining the technical files.
- Feeding in to the computer-aided maintenance.
- Being the central player in the dialogue between the engineering unit and the factories, and the person responsible for the transfer of industrial best practices.
Qualifications
Graduated from a general engineering school, or with a specialization in mechanics, you have a solid experience acquired in an engineering consulting firm.
You master the use of CAD 3D software such as Solidworks applied to complex production lines and must have a solid knowledge of English and/ or French.
You know how to manage mechanic design projects and you master the methodological structuring of your projects.
Structured, meticulous, autonomous, pragmatic and field oriented with a real ability to relate to people.

Engineering Supervisors
You are a hands-on-person, directly linked to the works manager and the branch manager, you control all the stages on the construction site – from the study of the dossier to the acceptance of work. You are in charge of the administrative and technical procedures all along the construction works. You assure the financial management and organize the supply of materials. Real leader, you select your team and manage the work schedule. You guarantee the security of your teams and of the work place. You are the privileged interlocutor for clients, suppliers and your branch design office. Plan and organize, based on the technical dossiers, the various tools and means that assure the execution of works in full respect of schedules and costs. Assure the technical, administrative, and budget responsibility for one or more work sites. Establish good ties with the various external partners (clients, suppliers, administrative authorities, subcontractors, etc) and internal ones (design office, administration, works manager, etc). In collaboration with the branch manager you will actively participate in the commercial activities for the branch (several million turnover).
Qualifications
With a university engineer degree in Building and public works, you have the ambition to succeed and manage a managerial and technical task that will allow you to evolve into a business manager.
