Recrutam un Hire-to-Retire Delivery Lead pentru una dintre cele mai mari si mai cunoscute corporatii multinationale din lume, cu prezenta in peste 170 de tari. Jobul este in Bucuresti. Candidatii trebuie sa aiba experienta solida in HR in centre de servicii de dimensiuni mari.

The Hire-to-Retire (HTR) Delivery Lead reports to Hire-to-Retire Global Director Europe. Is responsible for the delivery of region specific HTR processes (recruitment, comp&ben, payroll) for the European region (approx. 5,000 employees).

The Lead:

  • Defines and delivers key operating metrics that support the organization needs
  • Manages and develops the European Region Center HTR teams
  • Identifies and delivers efficiency and effectiveness benefits to the organization
  • Creates and maintains a high performing team and culture, nurturing diverse innovative ways of working; ensures the team demonstrates the Values and HR capabilities and competencies
  • Directly manages regional team leads (approximately 5 FTE’s) and oversees region HTR service center team of approximately 36 FTE’s
  • Works closely with Global HTR delivery lead to ensure services delivered meet needs of region
  • Works closely with HTR Transformation lead to identify and execute against efficiency and
  • effectiveness initiatives
  • Sits on leadership teams of the Region HR, GBS and Global Hire-to-Retire
  • Partners with region HR partners to execute with excellence against region programs and initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In consultation global delivery director, identify and set critical delivery metrics aligned with stakeholders
  • Ensures region HTR teams deliver against service commitments in consultation with GPD, global HTR delivery lead, business and operational teams;
  • Identifies, prioritizes and delivers process improvements, ensuring they support organizational outcomes and business results
  • Creates a high performing culture that rewards results and invites innovative thinking
  • Establishes and maintains positive and effective relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Benchmarks with other regions for best practices
  • Ensures development of team members
  • Manages budget of HTR Center team

Skills:

  • Must be able to work under specific time constraints that likely will require continuous extended work hours
  • Must have broad influencing skills
  • Must have strong change management capability to lead organization through transformation changes
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Outstanding customer focus and ability to build positive relationships is required
  • Prior BPO/GBS experience is a must
