Dar cred ca a venit timpul si pentru asta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Conform studiilor, dar si observatiilor &#8220;cu ochiul liber&#8221;, Romanuia este tara din Europa cu cel mai redus nivel de incredere generalizata, adica increderea dintre oricine si oricine: angajati si angajatori, angajatii intre ei, politicieni si cetateni, functionari si contribuabili, profesori si studenti, vecini de bloc si de strada, tineri si batrani, toti cu toti.<\/p>\n<p>Lumea, si cercetatorii impreuna cu ei, se asteptau ca aceasta neincredere sa se mai estompeze, si odata cu ea si diferentele de interese, de valori si de comportament dintre clasele si categoriile sociale. Insa nu s-a intamplat astfel, ci dimpotriva: grupuri si categorii au devenit acum adevarate clase sociale, in stare de alerta si constiente ca nimic bun nu se va mai intampla in viitorul apropiat, cel putin, alimentate de un sentiment de injustitie sociala acutizat.<\/p>\n<p>Ei bine, nicicand pana acum nu a fost o separare mai neta intre clasele sociale, interese mai divergente, o tensiune mai mare intre ele si o aversiune care, adesea, e o ura in cel mai adevarat si mai direct sens al cuvantului.<\/p>\n<p>Si aceasta polarizare generalizata nu da vreun semn ca va slabi, ci dimpotriva: intre zone si regiuni, tara si oras, sanse, elevi brilianti si studenti analfabeti, accesul la elite, pozitii si interese politice, angajati buni si angajati slabi, stat si privat, salarii, sporuri si beneficii, oportunitati de cariera.<\/p>\n<p>Piata muncii romanesti 2018, asadar. Nu a fost vreodata mai dificila decat acum, mai fragmentata, mai antagonica, mai imprevizibila, mai lipsita de repere, de puncte solide de referinta, de sisteme de valori general acceptate. Pentru prima data in istoria de mii de ani a civilizatiei iudeo-crestine, sistemul de valori universale a devenit una dintre subculturi, printre celelalte. Sa vedem cine si cum va gestiona asta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Prin urmare, teoriile, sistemele si conceptele de management al resurselor umane, construite cu greu in atatia ani de zile, incep si ele, pentru prima data, sa-si piarda din puterea de previzionare, de anticipare a reactiilor si comportamentelor subiectilor, iar instrumentele construite pe baza lor incep sa-si arate o uzura prematura. Managerii si oamenii de resurse umane sunt acum obligati sa inventeze altele noi, sa experimenteze, sa improvizeze. Sa vedem cine si cum va gestiona asta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cand am vazut tot felul de metode si de tehnici noi de atragere si de pastrare a angajatilor aparute in ultimii doi ani m-a apucat rasul, la inceput, insa acum imi dau seama ca eu eram cel inadecvat. Era ultimul lucru la care ma asteptam in acest domeniu al meu, sa trebuiasca sa ma reapuc de invatat, si nu cate o ajustare si actualizare, pe ici, pe colo, ci chiar pe la fundamente.
