Limba engleza trebuie cunoscuta foarte bine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to: <\/strong>Group Employee Communication Director<\/p>\n<p>The Internal Communication Partner will be responsible for creating consistent messages and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders and audiences, through multiple channels.<\/p>\n<p>What an ideal profile means to us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate in Public Relations, Journalism or Letters (is an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar position (is an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Marketing experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Communicative, flexible, open-minded, self-starter, empathetic, diplomatic, creative<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to the tiniest details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will your role be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing the executive communications that support the company&#8217;s strategy, values and culture<\/li>\n<li>Delivering the communications strategy in support of group initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Offering support to the Group Employee Comm Director in implementing internal employer branding strategy and internal communication processes<\/li>\n<li>Executing internal communications materials<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the elaboration of internal newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Initiating and organizing internal events for our employees<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with partners and service suppliers (advertising agencies, event organizers)<\/li>\n<li>Gathering feedback quickly both formally i.e. quick polls, intranet stories or online surveys and informally on an adhoc basis<\/li>\n<li>Developing an effective way of walking the floor to stay close to employees and the grassroots of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring regular review and updating the Intranet by creating and uploading content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why work with us<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have a people centric culture<\/li>\n<li>We care.
