Paragon has had a presence in Romania since 2004 when they set up a fulfilment centre for SIM card packaging. Operations there have expanded rapidly and in 2016, Paragon’s Identification Division moved to a dedicated site in Otopeni.<\/p>\n

They recently opened a second dedicated Paragon Identification facility in Romania, which will become their European center of excellence for secure personal ID products. They also scale up the production of highly secure ID cards and passport inlays, requiring the highest standards of production excellence.<\/p>\n

The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently recruiting a General Manager to lead Paragon’s Identification Division in Romania.<\/p>\n

Based in their new excellence center in Otopeni, the General Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the business in line with ambitious growth targets, and managing the local team \u2013 150 employees.<\/p>\n

Partnering with the Site Operation Manager, the successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager, and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.<\/p>\n
