Sales Manager
We are seeking a qualified and talented individual to join our European team as the Sales Manager for the Land-Based Gaming Segment in Spain.
Position
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President for Business Development for Europe and South America, the Sales Manager will be responsible for sales in the land-based segment in Spain and other select European markets.
Description
Working as a member of the European sales team in our Barcelona office, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Sales management responsibility for the land-based gaming segment across Spain and other select European markets
- Working with the sales management teams to optimize the sales methodology/play book
- Attracting new customers and building long -term partnerships
- Timely and accurate reporting on sales activities through CRM tools, sales funnels, and Information Reports as necessary
- Working with account management to ensure customers receive excellent service that they have come to expect from us
- Contributing to company’s market knowledge and understading of customer requirements
- Identify new markets and opportunities, while developing a strong understanding of technical regulations in markets served by the company
- Attendance of relevant trade shows, conferences, and sales training courses
- Act as an “evangelist” for the brand to strengthen the relationships with existing customers and attract new ones
- Partnering with Marketing to ensure alignment between the departments in supporting overall business goals of our European unit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B professional services and/or software sales in the technology industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in the European land-based gaming industry
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
- Analytical abilities to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
- Native or fluent business English and Spanish
- Ability to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a sales function within a certification Testlab – familiairy with gaming Testlab business model and opertions
- Undergraduate or post-graduate business degree
- Formal sales training courses
