Cautam un Country Manager pentru un jucator international important in online gambling. Noul Country Manager va fi subordonat unui director regional pentru zona de care apartine Romania. Jobul este in Bucuresti, salariul este de 4,600€ brut/ luna, la care se adauga o parte variabila foarte atractiva, conditii de lucru foarte bune si alte avantaje specifice companiilor straine.

Country Manager – Role Description

The Country Manager will be responsible for driving an efficient country operation to ensure growing customer database, customer satisfaction, incremental growth from ongoing business, and keeping the budget. The Country Manager has the local P&L and site ownership. The Country Manager for Romania is reporting to the regional Head of Business Development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets
  • Responsible to develop and implement the country marketing strategy, including clear plans for all available marketing and communication channels. The marketing plan shall include and align all activities including TV, online, PR, affiliation, ambassadors, events and social media
  • Working according to the company’s campaign planning process, contributing with campaign ideas, marketing briefs and campaign review deliverables
  • Working closely together with the design team to develop the creative concept allowing for long term brand building and communication in the market
  • Ensuring that operations and communication in the market are in line with current legislation
  • Work together with the affiliate team to make sure that the affiliate channels are utilized fully. Manage and develop own affiliate deals where applicable
  • Responsible for planning, buying and negotiating all media, either through direct relationships or through a media agency
  • With support of central analysts and BI team, follow-up and analyze all the marketing activities to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets. Ensuring clear reporting and action plans to counter any failing results
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation. Keep senior management informed on local legal developments
  • Ensuring compliance of all activities with input from the local Compliance Manager, including Responsible Gaming activities
  • Responsible to advise on the team structure to ensure most efficient operations in the market. Working together with all function heads to ensure that the best people are recruited and retained for the team
  • Creating and owning the local commercial strategy and local brand positioning. Responsible for communicating and follow-up the execution of the strategy in the overall company, on both strategic, tactic and operational level. Execution is however owned and responsibility of each relevant department. The Commercial Manager is the main stakeholder but not owning the execution at this point
  • Influencing and taking part in meetings around the branding and the creative process for its country/brand within the organization
  • Supervise social media pages and ensure are in line with company strategy
  • Daily contact with and giving clear input to and following-up on the VIP team activities
  • Liaising with experts and setting the requirements for business needs across all departments e.g., Customer Support, VIP, Payments, Finance, Legal/Compliance, KYC, CRM, Marketing, Casino and SB product, Trading, Technology, BI etc.
  • Ownership of the local content strategy and input to local content execution person

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in consumer focused online highly transactional industry, ideally from gambling and/or casino industry
  • A strong marketer with a good understanding of digital marketing, strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Proven success managing a P&L and a team in an online company (preferably betting industry)
  • Experience in affiliate networks and media buying
  • Extensive experience in budget forecast and implementation
  • Customer focused, hands-on and excellent executor, with strong business sense, sales driven mindset
  • Experience of working in a international environment across locations, teams and functions in a complex regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of online betting & casino products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good media/ agency network background
  • Excellent Romanian and English both in speaking and writing
  • A good understanding of online conversion, retention and reactivation techniques is an advantage
  • High energy, ethics and ambition levels with passion for success
  • Strong leadership, cooperation and analytical skills, team spirit
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Very good cooperation skills and stakeholder management skills, experience from working as a stakeholder and specifying requirements across the company in a positive, collaborative and performance driven way
