The Chief Underwitting Officer will serve as a member of executive management with direct responsibility for all underwriting operations of the company (Underwriting – Life and Non-Life) and Reinsurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the underwriting performance of the organisation to achieve the loss ratio agreed in the the strategic document
- Design, execute, and monitor the underwriting goals of the organisation
- Lead a strong and youthful team of underwriters
- Establish and promote underwriting best practices, with focus on underwriting profitability
- Responsible for the Life & Non-Life underwriting units of the company including reinsurance
- Responsible for elaborating all underwriting procedures
- Develops long-term underwriting strategies and directions for the company, and sets specific goals and policies for underwriting operations.
- Determines product mix and target markets for the company
- Products development, pricing and profitability analysis
- Forecasting of insurance financials
- Jobul este in Bucuresti, salariul, conditiile si celelalte avantaje sunt foarte atractive, specifice companiilor multinationale de prestigiu.Candidatii trebuie sa aiba experienta manageriala si tehnica relevanta in domeniul asigurarilor generale si sa vorbeasca foarte bine limba engleza. Cunoasterea limbii romane reprezinta un avantaj semnificativ. Va rugam sa trimiteti un CV detaliat in limba engleza.
