Draga Dorel, daca unul dintre rarii potentiali angajatori (e criza, iti aduc aminte) va vedea CV-ul tau pe un site public si, MAI ALES, sub titlul "Ajutor!" (stiu ca nu ai pus !, dar asta asa se citeste), te asigur ca iti va taia cel putin 40% din salariul pe care s-ar fi gandit, initial, sa-l aloce pentru postul respectiv.

Am scris de foarte multe ori aici, pe site, ca nu fac consultanta pentru candidati, nici "online" si nici la birou, imi pare rau!

Eu caut un partener. Poate un profesionist cu un asemenea trecut, experienta si cu asemenea aptitudini are 20- 30 000 de euro de investit ca sa cladim impreuna cea mai tare companie de limbi straine din tara. Sau...?

Salut,

Am mai facut pe blog o recomandare pe care ti-o fac si tie. Sunt oameni care se ocupa cu conceperea CV-urilor. La pozitiile pe care le-ai avut, ar fi fost normal sa te gandesti la asa ceva. Bafta.

Parerea mea e ca un asemenea CV nu isi vinde bine posesorul si mai degraba ridica semne de intrebare. Un recruiter inteligent stie ce presupune un National Sales Manager si nu are nevoie de o descriere de rol anexata CV-ului. La un asemenea nivel nu se convinge din prima (nici nu ar fi posibil) ci discutiile ulterioare (evit sa le numesc interviuri) contureaza o posibila colaborare. Cred ca nimeni nu isi permite sa nu discute cu un candidat experimentat asa ca nu-ti atarna clopotel la CV si nici nu ii consuma inutil tusul recruiterului (CV de 8 pag.cu info ce vor fi dezbatute ulterior). Sa fii concis e de bun simt in cazul asta. Nu e loc de ,,excelente abilitati de comunicare si relationare''.
Daca ai format echipe si le-ai si condus (cu succes), nu mai scrie ca ai fost si lider. Informatiile se trag unele din altele, diferentele sunt sensibile, sensibila este si supradimensionarea CV-ului.
